If the return is due to:
Kids Kart will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference, change of mind, or ordering mistakes, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty before dispatch.
Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation and will be treated under the return process.
Kids Kart Nepal reserves the right to reject returns or refunds where abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
