Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted if:

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or sale items
Unless defective or incorrectly delivered.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:
Be unused and unwashed.
Be in original packaging.
Include manuals, accessories, and tags.
Show no signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer.
Replacement Policy
Where possible, Kids Kart may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
Wrong item sent
Damaged item
Manufacturing defect
Kids Kart will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference, change of mind, or ordering mistakes, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled without penalty before dispatch.
After Shipment
Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation and will be treated under the return process.
Fraud Prevention
Kids Kart Nepal reserves the right to reject returns or refunds where abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
